Be Here Now

Be Here Now- An Encouragement

First published in 1971 and written by Ram Dass, the book Be Here Now remains one of the most impactful books that I have read and reread over the years. I go to it, at most times, for simple meditative guidance and to clear my mind. Every page is a book unto itself when you take it into your heart and explore the ideas given to you. It's messages are simple and profound and it's unique style and format allow the reader to let go of a sense of required structure. The verbal and visual presentation create a space where your mind relaxes while reading

Anecdotally, this book is considered to being "required reading" on the journey of Self discovery, it certainly has had and continues to have profound effects on me. And so, today I am sharing this book with you, instead of a poetry share. This book is widely available in print but it also given freely online by the author Ram Dass. I encourage you to read any and all of it, to let it speak to your heart and allow a space in which it may touch your life, as it has touched mine.
