For those of us who have already lived through, or are currently journeying through a transcendental experience, experienced dis-identification or "ego-death", discovered who you are behind all the conditioning, etc.; and for those of us that are on the part of our journey leading up to these experiences, a major part of the transformative journey includes transcending duality, within your mind, your perspectives, your understanding. It's a difficult journey, one that challenges the people who love you, one that challenges us directly at many points along the way. There are many ways through which this journey can be described, a vast number of frameworks from various cultures. Many today call it awakening. On this journey, you will naturally be drawn to a variety of paths that support you. 

I encourage you to use this woman's sharing of her journey as a place to find answers, support, suggestions, and as a guiding light to help you find yourself on your inner journey. Her use of the non-dual awareness framework is incredibly helpful to folks that prefer not to get involved in frameworks that tend towards the more spiritual or religious, so it's very well rounded to appeal to a wide variety of folks. Even if you are not experiencing the journey that she is describing, it is very likely that someone you know and care about is going this journey, and this video will help you understand them better and be able to support them in a positive, loving, and compassionate way.
